Mr. Stern has worked as a mechanical contractor, as a Building Automation System Engineer, as a manufacturer's representative in plumbing and heating, as an Account Executive in HVAC equipment, and served as a Senior Executive for an advanced filtration manufacturing company. |

He received his Bachelor's in mechanical engineering from SUNY Buffalo and is licensed in New York, New Jersey and Puerto Rico. He is an active member of ASHRAE and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and is a member of the Health Care Committee of the USGBC.
